What you should expect from a professional design company
Requirements Gathering
We’ll schedule a time to discuss your vision, budget, demographic, and competitors to ensure we fully understand your needs.
Proposal
Once we translate your requirements into individual design elements and input the information into our fixed-price project calculator we will send you a proposal and cost break-down.
Payment Options
Once you have approved the estimate, you will be given the option to pay a 50% deposit with the remainder due upon completion or pay off the remainder in 11 equal installments.
Contract
We will send you a contract (Service Level Agreement) based on the project requirements, pricing options and update frequency you requested.
Receive Content
We will ask you to email us your logo, PDF files, text, link names and any other specific requirements you would like to see on your site that will not be created by us.
Concept Graphic
Within 5-7 business days we will send you a “concept graphic” of what we think your website should look like based on research of your industry and competitor site analysis.
Development URL
We will create a temporary URL (web address) for you on our development server so you can view changes in real-time, make suggestions and be as involved as you’d like to be.
Coding
After working with you to perfect the concept graphic and upon receiving your approval to proceed, we will cut the graphic into mini puzzle pieces and code it back together.
Approval
At this point, we’ve been working with you through the entire design and development process so after making those tweaks and finishing touches we’ll submit the site for your approval.
Site Launch
This is it, the day you’ve been waiting for. We’ll backup your old site and upload the new one in minutes. From start to finish, our average project timeframe is 3-4 weeks.
